Returns And Exchanges
At Yard of Eden, we understand that every customer deserves the highest amount of dignity and respect. We strive to honor our customers accordingly. Being a small business, we know that things happen and want to make your experience as low-stress and hassle-free as possible. We work really hard to earn your trust and satisfaction with your product.
In the case that you wish to return/exchange a product that has been damaged, defective or is the incorrect order before opening, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We would be happy to return or exchange the product at no cost of shipping under these circumstances only. Products must be returned in new, unused, never assembled and resalable condition with all original packaging in order to be eligible for refund/exchange.
Please note that products returned for reasons other than damage, defective or incorrect puts the customer in charge of return shipping cost. Before returning the product, please obtain return authorization and provide the following information: customer name, item(s) being returned, and the nature of the issue.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive a full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for refunds to post to your account, depending on the bank and time of week. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have allowed this time as well as contacted your bank/credit company and the refund has still not been posted.
All orders over $25 are absolutely free (this does not include shipping on any orders returned for reasons other than damage, defective or incorrect upon purchase). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you varies between 1-4 days. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
