Mexican Talavera Sunflower Pot | Handmade Ceramic Planter

Sunflowers in full bloom, hand-painted across a cobalt-rimmed pot from the Talavera workshops of Mexico. No two come out of the kiln quite alike, so the exact brushwork on yours will be one of a kind.

At roughly 4.75" tall with a 6" mouth, it's sized for a single small houseplant, a cluster of succulents, or an herb by the kitchen window. The glaze is fired hard enough for daily handling, though we'd still treat the painted surface gently rather than scrubbing it.

Because every piece is thrown and painted by hand, expect small variations in color and pattern from the photos, that's part of what makes it a genuine piece of Talavera pottery rather than a factory copy.
